Hilton Garden Inn Saratoga Springs

This hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, but close enough to walk to if it's a beautiful day. The gentleman at the front desk when we first got there, was just the nicest man, He was so very present, and knowledgeable about this hotel and its location. All of the staff was very pleasant. I absolutely loved the patio on the side with the fire pits. The pool is huge which is so awesome and I love that the pool is open until 11:00 at night. We had a room with two double beds. The beds were so damn comfortable. You wouldn't believe it. The linens were so fresh and clean. The bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. Having a mini fridge and the microwave was essential for me as I was traveling through town. Pricing was a little bit heavy, but I was there over a holiday weekend so that's understandable. But love this place nonetheless. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit.

My room was nice and clean, no issue. The only issue that I had with the hotel was that no where on your site did it state that you were under construction. I had another person verify that I was correct. Two days before I was to come I received an email concerning the construction. This was not acceptable because I do use the gym which was not available. You need to let your travelers know about this issue before they make a reservation. Thank you

Very nice property

We were very pleased with every employee we encountered during our stay. From the young lady at the counter when we checked-in to the ladies doing the breakfast in the morning. Amy was great.

Breakfast was excellent especially the service. The two women who handled breakfast were extremely pleasant. Amy and her partner couldn’t be friendlier. This was our 50 wedding anniversary and they made us feel special. Nice job!!! Enjoyed the outdoor fire pits. Nice touch.
